Position Responsibilities:
Lead and train employees on the First Article Inspection, Lab Controlled at Source, Outbound/Inbound Inspection, and Non-Conformance processes.
Disposition and control of non-conforming products.
Review and approval of First Articles from suppliers.
Perform First Articles for submission to customers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related quality experience
3+ years of experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection
3+ years of experience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
4+ years' experience reading and interpret blueprints
Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam.
