Location: Winsted, CT

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $20–$30/hr + 15% Shift Differential


We are seeking an experienced CMM Quality Inspector to support precision aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing first article, in-process, and final inspections on tight-tolerance machined components while ensuring compliance with customer and quality requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
  • Operate CMM equipment and inspection software
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
  • Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators
  • Document inspection results and quality records
  • Identify non-conforming material and support corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quality inspection or CMM inspection experience
  • Experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
