Your Mission

Drive precision manufacturing by owning setups, tightening cycles, and safeguarding part quality across milling and turning.

Impact You’ll Make (First 90 Days)
  • Independently set up CNC VMCs and turning centers and hit first-article approval
  • Streamline G- and M-code at the control to remove waste and reduce cycle time
  • Refactor CAM-posted programs to balance tool life, surface finish, and throughput
  • Translate drawings, models, and GD&T callouts into stable, repeatable processes
  • Implement in-process inspections with precision gaging to validate every critical feature
  • Root-cause chatter, tool wear, and tolerance drift; lock in corrective actions
  • Collaborate with programming/engineering on fixtures, tooling paths, and workholding
The Shop You’ll Join
  • Haas-controlled mills and lathes with multi-axis capability
  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining mix
  • Production environment focused on precision and repeatability
Must-Haves
  • Demonstrated CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
  • Deep setup knowledge: tooling, offsets, fixture alignment
  • Hands-on experience with Haas controls
  • Blueprint literacy and comfort with GD&T
  • Competence editing programs at the machine
  • Command of feeds, speeds, and chip control
