Responsibilities
  • Perform Inbound Inspections (materials, purchase orders, packing slips, certifications)
  • Conduct First Article / First Part Inspections with 100% dimensional verification
  • Perform In‑Process Inspections per sampling plans and report out‑of‑tolerance conditions
  • Complete Final Inspections, including preparation and review of AS9102‑compliant First Article Inspection Reports
  • Pre‑Shipment Inspections for accuracy, quantity, labeling, and packaging
  • Identify, tag, and document non‑conforming material and support resolution
  • Accurately complete inspection paperwork
  • Use calibrated inspection tools and reference calibration data when required
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams

Qualifications
