Job Description

The Enterprise Family YMCA is seeking a dedicated and skilled Karate Instructor to join our team. Under the association of the YMCA of Greater Montgomery, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching karate classes to participants of various ages and skill levels, promoting physical fitness, discipline, and self-confidence in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and instruct karate classes for children, teens, and adults.
  • Develop lesson plans that accommodate different skill levels and age groups.
  • Promote the YMCA’s values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring through martial arts instruction.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
