What is a First Aid and CPR instructor?

First Aid and CPR Instructors are certified professionals who teach individuals and groups how to properly respond to medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, choking, or injuries, by providing first aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training. They guide students through both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice to ensure participants are prepared to assist in real-life situations.
