PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

Flexible Schedule | Per Visit Pay | No Holidays or Weekends

EverHome is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Physical Therapist to join our team, providing in-home therapy services in the Grosse Pointe area. If you’re looking for flexible, meaningful work without the pressure of minimum hours or weekend coverage, we’d love to connect.

Position Highlights

  • PRN, flexible scheduling – pick up visits based on your availability
  • No weekend or holiday requirements
  • Per visit pay – rate varies by visit type (evaluation, follow-up, discharge, etc.)
  • Coverage area: Grosse Pointe

What You’ll Need

  • Active Michigan PT license
