Wild Willyโ€™s Fireworks is seeking motivated and energetic individuals or a group to operate our seasonal fireworks locations.

This is a management and sales opportunity paid on a commission basis. As an Operator, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising staff, managing daily cash deposits, and ensuring the stand is secure and running smoothly.

Wild Willyโ€™s Fireworks provides everything you need to succeed. Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fireworks knowledge is a plusโ€”but not required!

If you have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced small business environment, and are willing to work extended hours during the Fourth of July season, this could be a great opportunity for you.


What Wild Willyโ€™s Fireworks Provides:

Operator Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and scheduling adequate staff for daily sales (typically 3โ€“4+ team members)
  • Making daily cash deposits
  • Moving product in and out of the storage container for setup and takedown.

*All fireworks are provided on consignment. Unsold merchandise is returned to Wild Willyโ€™s Fireworks at the end of the selling season.

All Operators must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal and credit background check.
