Job description

Customer Service & Checkout

  • Greet customers warmly and provide efficient, accurate checkout service.
  • Process transactions for cash, credit, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
  • Answer basic product or promotion questions and direct customers to other staff when needed.
  • Uphold Red Apple’s customer-first standard, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Store Operations Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked register area (bags, receipt paper, supplies).
  • Assist with merchandising displays, product stocking, and keeping aisles organized as needed.
  • Monitor customer entry and flow to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Support the sales floor team during peak hours and promotional events.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety and compliance protocols related to fireworks sales.
  • Verify customer age for restricted products and ensure all sales follow legal requirements.
  • Stay familiar with store safety measures, including fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency procedures.

Teamwork & Communication
