Looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team this summer? Firework City, located in Pearl, MS, is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Associates to help us light up the season! If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Associate at Firework City, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Stocking and Organizing: Lifting and carrying boxes (40–50 lbs repeatedly), stocking shelves, and moving products throughout the day.
  • Customer Interaction: Assisting customers with their purchases, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
  • Physical Activity: Standing and walking for extended shifts (8–12 hours) with little to no sitting during peak hours.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Working in outdoor or semi-outdoor conditions, tolerating heat, humidity, dust, and smoke residue common in late June/July in Mississippi.
  • Safety Awareness: Responding quickly in emergencies, handling pyrotechnic products safely, and following all safety protocols to the letter.

We’re seeking candidates who are ready to jump into a hands-on role and meet the following qualifications:

  • Physical Readiness: Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, and other manual tasks required for stocking and organizing products.
