Description
The Camp Host/Relief Host/Day Use Attendant/ Grounds holds the responsibility of supervising and managing campground operations. They are tasked with ensuring fee compliance, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and providing exceptional visitor experiences at our different remote locations.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing reservations and ensuring proper payment is received.
  • Greeting guests, answering their questions, and providing information about the campground layout.
  • Directing guests to their assigned campsites.
  • Enforcing rules and regulations set by the Parks Management Company.
  • Inventory management and stocking campground supplies like firewood and cleaning supplies.
  • Cleaning campsites after camper departure and maintaining bathroom cleanliness while restocking essential toiletries.
  • Collecting and consolidating rubbish.
  • Performing basic groundskeeping tasks, including vegetation removal.
  • Providing daily financial reports.
  • Providing backup support to the kiosk and Day-Use Attendant as needed.
