Job description

Job Description
1. Communicates with others to perform the job tasks.
2. Safely operates motor vehicle.
3. Runs errands to support of the work site.
4. Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with / without tools and building materials.
5. Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.
6. Manipulates and generally understands the safe use of different types of power and manual construction tools.
7. Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, to fine grade specifications using hand tools.
8. Breaks up and remove concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.
9. Positions and operates portable and submersible water pumps.
10. Cleans and sorts tools, equipment and materials.
11. Stocks drinking water containers for the construction site personnel.
12. Climbs vertical ladders in up to 25 - 30 foot sections, above/below ground elevation.
13. Cleans and maintains the worksite and related areas such as parking lot and office. 14. Adheres to all safety procedures.
