Also, where necessary or decided, expand/add new dealers, and thereby increase FPI's market share. This position reports to the Regional Manager, Sales & Business Development and is ideally physically located in the Kansas City, Dallas/Fort Worth Area or Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City or Tulsa. The sales territory for this position consists of Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet and/or exceed Sales Targets in Territory.Achieve goals as laid out in the AE territory business plan.Complete Action Plan for each TBD dealer by TBD date.Present Regency business plan to each TBD dealer by TBD date.Present Early Buy Program and secure Purchase and file DA (Discount Agreement) for each dealer by TBD date.Support all Key Dealer guidelines, where appropriate.Call on all assigned accounts on a regular basis, as determined by the Sales Manager / Director.Responsible for managing all Regency showroom units is assigned dealers.Schedule and present Regency Sales Training Program to each Dealer and sales staff; update and retrain new staff as needed.Discuss and schedule demand creation activities/events (ie: weekend sales events, local trade shows, fairs, etc.) with Dealers gaining focus on Regency products. Number is TBD and supports territory business plan to achieve sales budget.Schedule the installation of Regency products in all showrooms with Dealer's installers.
