Shoot Indoors is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable firearms instructor to lead our Ladies Night program — a fun, welcoming, and empowering experience designed specifically for women. If you love firearms, enjoy teaching, and want to help women feel confident and safe on the range, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and facilitate Ladies Night events in a fun, low-pressure, high-energy environment
  • Deliver safe, engaging firearms instruction tailored to new and beginner female shooters
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps women coming back
  • Uphold all range safety rules and facility standards at all times

  • Prior firearms experience required — you know your way around a range
