Fire Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing firefighting teams and operations. Fire Supervisors also train firefighters, enforce safety protocols, and often communicate with other emergency services and the public. Their leadership is crucial in high-pressure situations to minimize risk and property damage.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fire supervisor?

To thrive as a Fire Supervisor, you need extensive firefighting experience, leadership abilities, and usually certifications such as Fire Officer and EMT.
