About the Role: Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspections Coordinator Temp Role

The Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspections Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of buildings by managing and overseeing the inspection schedules for fire alarm and sprinkler systems. This position is responsible for coordinating with inspection teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to guarantee that all fire safety equipment is inspected thoroughly and meets local, state, and national fire codes. The coordinator will maintain detailed records of inspections, follow up on any deficiencies, and facilitate timely repairs or maintenance to uphold safety standards. By effectively managing inspection workflows and communication, this role helps prevent fire hazards and supports the overall fire protection strategy of the organization. Ultimately, the coordinator ensures that all fire alarm and sprinkler systems are operational, compliant, and ready to protect lives and property in emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
