The Opportunity
This opportunity as a PIN Clerk in the Killeen, Texas area is perfect for someone with data processing experience. This individual will perform a variety of administrative and data processing functions, including serving as the first point of contact with internal and external customers; overall processing and administration of Fort Hood PIN issuance; reporting; correspondence; and office maintenance at Fort Hood.
The Responsibilities
  • Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff.
  • Answers phones and provides needed information or directs callers to the appropriate parties.
  • Expedites and ensures accuracy with all administrative correspondence.
  • Issues proximity cards and PINs to customers appropriately.
  • Reviews and approves government paperwork per standards.
  • Coordinates requests for information from internal and external customers.
  • Completes administrative duties as needed.
  • Completes data entry.
  • Prepares documentation for management as requested.
  • Maintains files, tracking logs, reports, spreadsheets, and special projects.
