DU Family of Companies is a network of fire protection, life safety, and security service companies, protecting people and property across 30+ locations and 11 states.ย Beach Lake Sprinkler Fire Protection Services, founded in 1992 and headquartered inย Beach Lake, PA, is a full-service fire protection contractor with a second office in Brooksville, FL. Specializing in new construction, renovation, retrofit, and service work across warehouse, distribution, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, residential, and retail markets. Living our motto, "we protect what you value most,"ย Beach Lake Sprinkler Fire Protection Servicesย offers a challenging and rewarding work environment for those passionate about keeping communities safe.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add aย Entry Level Security Technicianย to ourย Beach Lake, PAย team. In this role, you will support our security and low-voltage technicians with the installation, wiring, and setup of security systems, assisting with hands-on field work and job site preparation. Success in this role requires a strong willingness to learn, basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with wiring, running cable, mounting devices, and completing simple installations.
  • Help set up equipment, prepare the job site, and pull materials.
  • Clean up job sites and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Follow instructions and learn to read drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Participate in system testing, documentation, and basic diagnostics under guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in security and low-voltage technical work.
  • Ability to follow directions and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
