Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Constuction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fire sprinkler system projects, from initial planning and design to final installation and testing. The Fire Sprinkler Construction Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all phases of fire sprinkler system projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and designs.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and fire safety standards.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all project documentation, including as-built drawings, permits, and certifications, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Not required but it is preferred). 
  • Strong knowledge of employee scheduling, coordination, emails, organization, and self directed.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, NFPA standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Wrike, ProCore, BIM360, BlueBeam, Etc. for project Coordination and documentation) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
