Job description

Field Service Technician – Dock & Door Equipment
Saco, ME

Looking for a hands-on mechanic job with a company truck and steady overtime?

We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to service and repair commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment for customers throughout the Saco area. This is a field-based role where you’ll run service calls, handle preventative maintenance, and fix mechanical issues that keep warehouses and distribution centers operating.

If you have mechanical aptitude, experience with tools, and enjoy working independently, this is a strong long-term opportunity with training provided and room to grow.

Pay & Benefits

  • $25 – $35/hour to start (based on experience)
  • Company truck you can take home
  • Quarterly bonus program tied to productivity and safety
  • Steady overtime available (average ~50 hours/week)
  • Time and a half for OT
  • Double time for Sundays & holidays (if worked)
