Requirements for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • EPA Universal Certificate or obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Excellent proficiency in all HVAC functional design
  • Excellent understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and repair of all commercial and light residential systems, along with an excellent understanding of low-temp refrigeration equipment
  • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
  • Exceptional Knowledge of all HVAC low-voltage systems
  • Strong experience Install/service HVAC equipment 

Desired Qualifications for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:

  • EPA universal certification
  • Strong commercial rough-in experience.
  • Strong proven diagnostic experience.
  • 9+ years of HVAC Installation experience.
  • Desire to train others
  • Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
