Seeking Full-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant. We are a family owned business covering the state of Indiana, selling and servicing firefighting equipment, and emergency vehicles. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential administrative support within a small, dynamic team. This position supports multiple departments by handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, managing documents, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Process invoices and track expenses efficiently
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments
  • File and organize important documents systematically
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Generate financial and administrative reports as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks On-Line REQUIRED
