Job description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 29 Residential Aide to join our Caring Cottages Residential Aid team located at the Caring Cottages working 7:00PM-8:00AM - Sa Su.
Summary:
General Description: This position is located within the Chickasaw Nation Executive Office with the duty station at the Chickasaw Caring Cottages (CCC), a safe housing facility for housing insecure individuals and families, located on the Chickasaw Nation South Campus. The purpose of this position is to assist clients, also known as "guest", in becoming independently stable - able to meet their own basic needs and maintain a successful household. Residential Aide will provide on-site guest assistance and facility support. Supervision Received: This position is located within the Chickasaw Nation Executive Office with the duty station at the Chickasaw Caring Cottages (CCC), a safe housing facility for housing insecure individuals and families, located on the Chickasaw Nation South Campus. The purpose of this position is to assist clients, also known as "guest", in becoming independently stable - able to meet their own basic needs and maintain a successful household. Residential Aide will provide on-site guest assistance and facility support
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Manages and orders office inventory, equipment, uniforms and/or other operational supplies
* Acts as an advocate for the applicant
* Dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team
* Assist in set-up, preparation, provide support for all special events
- Provides support in set up, table ware preparation, serving, running errands, breakdown, cleanup and post event wrap up
- Provides support in offsite events including but not limited to, preparation, set up, running errands, answer questions, interact with guest, handing out promo items, clean up
* Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
* Monitors activities, coming and goings of Chickasaw Caring Cottages guest and visitors
* Checks visitors in and out and reports any site guest to Security
* Monitors units' conveniences: temperatures, pest control, television, washer/dryer and refrigerator
* Tracks guest appointments on shared calendar
* Assists CCC manager and supervisors with over-site of CCC guest activity and reports or performs corrective actions, as needed
* Greets persons entering the building and directs individuals to correct destination
* Assists with orientation, special activities and training on specific procedures, tasks or equipment
* Transports Chickasaw citizens and other First Americans to and from appointments, meetings, and activities as needed
* Performs sight checks to the computerized control systems e.g. surveillance cameras, infant abduction panic alert system, fire panel, emergency generators, etc.
* Cleans assigned area
