Do you enjoy hands-on work and helping people when they need it most? As a SERVPRO® Restoration Technician, you will help restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
No restoration experience is required for the right candidate. We provide training in restoration processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, drying, equipment setup, and other restoration activities
  • Prepare work areas and maintain safe, organized job sites
  • Load and maintain company vehicles with the necessary equipment and supplies
  • Operate and care for professional restoration equipment
  • Communicate job-site conditions, safety concerns, and project progress to supervisors
  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
  • Follow company safety procedures and risk-management guidelines
  • Clean and organize job sites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas
Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous restoration, construction, cleaning, maintenance, or handyman experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • IICRC certification is a plus
Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:
  • Regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
  • Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry equipment and materials
  • Work safely around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
