All Dry Services of East Louisville, a leading restoration company in the Bluegrass area, is looking for a full time Business Development Manager/Outside Sales specialist to champion our brand, develop new business relationships and drive new revenue opportunities. This is a sales role and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing business relationships, possesses the drive to win and never give up and has a true servant's heart. We do things differently here. Our team values are based on service, transparency, speed, accuracy and trust and we are looking for the perfect person to step up to the challenge and fill this important role on our team:


This role will be responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline and meeting revenue goals

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with lead sources such as property managers, real estate agents, tradesmen and insurance agents thru in person meetings and sales calls.

  • Managing and attending community engagement and networking events.

  • Being the ‘face’ of our brand and articulating value

  • Documenting lead and client interactions in our CRM (client relationship management system)

The ideal candidate will have:
