Overview

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean and operational in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility. 

Work Schedule: Days, 3:00am-1:30pm Flexible as needed. Wage starts at $24.04 per hour ($50,003 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

As you are trained on different jobs in each department to assist with breaks, you will gain the job experience to be able to apply internally when advanced positions with increased wages become available.
