Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead and grow our Fire Alarm Division. This is a key leadership role within our organization, focused on driving efficiency, supporting field teams, and implementing best practices for long-term departmental growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong field experience, leadership capability, and a commitment to excellence in fire alarm systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fire alarm projects from planning through completion.

  • Support and mentor field technicians.

  • Serve as backup for fire alarm finals and provide emergency field support when necessary.

  • Improve department processes, efficiency, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor project margins and ensure profitability goals are met.

  • Assist in the growth and development of the Fire Alarm Division

  • Maintain strong communication between office and field teams.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the fire alarm field

  • EL-06 Washington State Electric License (required)

  • NICET FA Level II in Fire Alarm Systems (required)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to relate to and support field personnel.

  • Ability to multitask and a proven track record delivering result.

  • Clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance coverage)

Work Schedule:

  • 40-55 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:
