What You Will Be Doing As an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager within our, you will drive the successful execution of commercial construction projects, with a focus on electrical, fire, and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will encompass project estimating, resource allocation, planning, quality control, customer relationship management, and pursuing new opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Estimate project costs and requirements. Plan and manage resources from project initiation to completion. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.

Oversee and manage field personnel and subcontractors daily. Maintain compliance with construction standards and codes. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure future projects.

Seek new opportunities for business growth. Other Essential Functions Minimum of 3 years' experience with fire alarm design build contracting. Proficiency in NFPA codes and standards.
