Job description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Manager - Fintech - this is a hybrid role in Jersey City. Salary range: 140-180K USD plus benefits.

Our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today's siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the stack, a full-service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless, whether you're a developer, fintech, or institution. With AUSD, stablecoins become programmable, composable, and ubiquitous by default.

We believe digital dollars should be a public good: trusted, accessible, and built for real-world utility. Our mission is to drive adoption through customizable, user-friendly on-ramps that make stable, dollar-based value available onchain.

We're backed by world-class investors including Paradigm and Dragonfly, and we're growing a team to reimagine how value moves online.

We're intentional about who we bring on. If you're passionate about stablecoins and want to help create more open, intuitive ways for people to engage with money, let's talk.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We bring the discipline of high-performance finance teams and the creativity of a fast-moving crypto-native startup. We're a small, mission-driven group of builders who move fast, sweat the details, and hold a high bar for excellence, in product, code, and culture.

You'll be joining a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision making. We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a PM to own a meaningful slice of our product surface and drive it forward independently. You'll set strategy, write the spec, ship it with engineering, then watch how customers actually use what you built and decide what to do next.

Agora's customers are developers, fintechs, and institutions integrating AUSD and the platform into their stack. Your job is to understand what they're trying to do, find the gaps between what the product offers and what they need, and close them. That means talking to customers directly. It means going deep on technical detail when the answer lives in an API or a settlement flow. And it means partnering with BD on the strategic accounts where product feedback and revenue intersect.

In a typical week you might set the roadmap for your area, run research calls with prospects and active customers, pull your own queries to find where customers drop off, define the metric that tells you whether what you shipped worked, partner with BD on a strategic account, or write a spec and ship it with engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in product management in stablecoins, payments, or fintech.

  • Serious UX craft. You can tell the difference between a flow that works and a flow that feels good.

  • High autonomy. You go from "something feels off here" to a shipped fix without scaffolding, including writing the specs engineers build from and the updates that move decisions forward.

  • Shipped work with measurable outcomes. You've instrumented a funnel, found a drop-off, and moved the number, and you can explain exactly what you did.

  • Strong analytical instincts. You pull your own data, define your own metrics, and use them to prioritize.

  • Comfort with technical and API-driven products. You can reason about API design, read a spec, and partner credibly with engineers on infrastructure decisions.

  • AI fluency. You build with modern AI tools (prototypes, evals, internal automations) and have a sharp, opinionated view on where they help and where they don't.
