As we enter a significant growth phase, we are seeking a senior consumer leader to scale our retail and self-directed investor business globally.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Head of Consumer to own worldwide consumer revenue strategy and execution across retail investors, self-directed traders, and the broader investing community. This includes digital subscriptions, in-product monetization, partnerships, and platform integrations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for consumer revenue growth, retail GTM, growth marketing, monetization strategy, and the consumer team.Initially, this is a player-coach position. You will personally own the consumer growth roadmap and key partnerships while building the team, systems, and infrastructure required to scale globally.
