They are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that involve the development or implementation of technology solutions in the financial sector. Their role involves managing teams, timelines, budgets, and communication between stakeholders to ensure project success. They must have a strong understanding of both finance and technology, as well as project management methodologies. Common tasks include risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a fintech project manager?

To thrive as a Fintech Project Manager, you need strong project management expertise, a solid understanding of financial technologies, and often a relevant degree or certification such as PMP or Agile/Scrum.
