Job description

  • Coordinate, manage, drive, and execute partner and merchant client onboarding, integrations, and strategic integrations with banks and financial institutions
  • Lead technical client and partner project plans for successful ChargeAfter integrations
  • Drive end-to-end client and partner integration delivery through project plans, operating rhythms, and execution strategies
  • Own internal R&D and external client/partner project management and communications
  • Drive technical onboarding across cross-functional internal technical teams
  • Collaborate with Product on quarterly planning and feature prioritization
  • Apply RACI and Agile project management methodologies, metrics, risk management, and dependency management
  • Onboard enterprise partners and drive complex internal and external projects
  • Participate in and facilitate quarterly PI Planning
  • Communicate with internal and external C-level personnel
  • Manage integrations, act as Technical POC, and facilitate technical programs
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to achieve optimal client and company solutions
  • Implement new services and processes and manage continuous improvement feedback
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Professional Services
  • Technical orientation, specifically specifying and building automation with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini
  • Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • Experience creating Gantt charts and visual representations of project status and timelines
  • Proven success delivering development and customization-based projects across departments
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in global multinational teams
  • Prior fintech experience is advantageous
  • B.Sc., B.Cs., or Engineering is advantageous
  • Project Management certification such as SAFe, Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma is preferred
  • Ability to analyze strategic objectives and define tactical goals
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, project management tools, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Python scripting
