The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This position leads complex financial modeling, develops control structures, and partners cross-functionally to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency. The role involves preparing presentations for senior leadership, guiding teams to meet performance standards, and fostering continuous improvement. The Senior Manager also provides mentorship and development opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards, contributing to the achievement of strategic business objectives and long-term financial success.
About the team:
The Enterprise Financial Services team supports Walmart’s US Financial Services portfolio, including Walmart’s business and majority-owned FinTech joint ventures, ONE and TailFin. This team leads finance, strategy, partnerships, and new product launches across physical and digital channels. It plays a vital role in Walmart’s US operations and drives innovation in the Financial Services industry’s digital transformation. The team focuses on financial planning, risk management, and business performance analysis while fostering collaboration across functions to deliver impactful financial solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
