Our client is seeking a senior FP&A leader to help modernize, scale, and bring greater consistency to a complex global finance organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on financial modeling, reporting, and business partnership. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A fundamentals, technology or software company experience, and the ability to improve planning processes, systems, and decision-making across multiple business units.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Alabama / Southeast United States (Remote with travel)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $225 - $275k total compensation with flexibility

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead FP&A support across multiple business units, helping consolidate planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management into a more consistent operating model.
  • Partner with executive, finance, sales, product, and commercial leaders on revenue planning, pricing, pipeline, margin, profitability, investment decisions, and business performance.
  • Own and improve budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, executive reporting, KPI development, and three-statement financial modeling.
  • Modernize FP&A processes, reporting cadence, dashboards, and planning tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Lead and develop an FP&A team while remaining hands-on with models, data, analysis, and business performance insights.

  • Senior-level FP&A experience in a technology, software, SaaS, fintech, or similarly technology-driven business environment.
  • Strong experience with ERP, planning, consolidation, reporting, BI, or enterprise systems implementations, migrations, or modernization efforts.
  • Proven ability to own and explain integrated financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue drivers, margins, and working capital.
  • Experience partnering with sales, product, services, or commercial teams on revenue planning, pricing, pipeline, renewals, commissions, margins, profitability, or deal review.
  • Ability to lead in a global or matrixed environment, bring structure to evolving processes, and communicate clearly with executive stakeholders.
