Job description

Support and Develop client base using the next generation of wealth platform products for an innovative wealth-tech firm
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead one or more advisor portal squads through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Manage one or more full stack squads of developers/engineers, product designers and testers as a product owner, and will have opportunity to build and lead a team of product managers and associate product managers
  • Function as the internal owner for product functionality by driving alignment between the offering and client needs
  • Drive product development and lead the agile scrum ceremonies as a Product Owner for one or more squads
  • Integrate user testing, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products; collate and report them to the product management leadership
  • Create detailed product documentation and ensure documentation stays current as product evolves
     
    Requirements:
     
  • Experience building consensus and delivering results within an agile framework across engineering, design, and user research teams
  • Subject matter expertise with Fintech, Investment, or Wealth-tech products, preferably advisor or investor platforms
  • Thoughtful leader with ability to motivate and develop junior product managers, business analysts and cross functional team members to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Strong technical writing skills to facilitate the creation of product documentation
  • Served as a super user for wealth management, investment advisory, and/or private banking application
  • Proficiency in computer science, finance, and/or engineering gained by advanced (MSc or above) academic and/or equivalent work experience
