As a key player in our company, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through every step of their roofing projects. In this role, you'll not only be responsible for sourcing and managing roofing projects from start to finish, while also building long‑lasting relationships with clients that align with our mission and core values.

What You Will Do:

Ready to be the face of Atlas Roofing Pros as a Roofing Consultant | Project Manager at Atlas Roofing Pros, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing multiple roofing projects from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and timeliness. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify and solve problems, build strong relationships with clients, and represent the Atlas Roofing Pros brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with property owners, building rapport and trust.
  • Assess client needs through thorough property evaluations, providing expert advice and recommendations for roofing solutions.
  • Present accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and cost.

Project Management:

  • Oversee all stages of roofing projects, from initial site assessment through to project completion.
  • Ensure that roofing projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth execution of each project.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients, ensuring they are well‑informed throughout the entire process.
  • Follow up with client’s post‑installation to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Use the CRM to document all interactions with clients and track project progress.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with our roofing team, other sales staff, and office personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback and contribute to the growth and success of Atlas Roofing Pros.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to improve client outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas for improving business processes, sales techniques, and customer service.

Expected Results:

  • Successfully source and manage roofing projects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain a project completion rate of 90% or higher within agreed timelines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, securing new business and retaining clients.
  • Properly document all project details, client interactions, and communications in our CRM.
  • Continuously improve personal sales performance through ongoing education and self‑discipline.
