Job description

Le tout nouveau projet de Gold Fields, Windfall, jugé très prometteur deviendra un important site minier en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Ce client offre une expérience de travail tout incluse en campement minier!
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de mécanicien(ne)s d'équipements fixes pour le département de maintenance sous terre.

Responsabilités:

  • Réaliser des inspections préventives sur les équipements fixes sous terre et à la surface;
  • Procéder à l’entretien préventif, correctif et prédictif de certains équipements fixes sous terre et à la surface;
  • Effectuer les VPO (vérifications pré-opérationnelles) et la mise en route;
  • Lire des schémas et des plans;
  • Ajuster la machinerie et réparer/remplacer les pièces défectueuses;
  • Poser des diagnostics et apporter des solutions efficaces;
  • Suivre et s’appuyer sur la planification pour effectuer les réparations dans les temps alloués;
  • S’assurer que les lieux de travail sont propres et sécuritaires en tout temps;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres disciplines;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

  • Poste permanent à temps plein;
  • Horaire de travail de 14+14, journée de travail de 12 heures par jour;
  • Salaire horaire variant entre 50.11$ à 63.93$;
  • Transport par autobus offert à partir de Val-d'Or, Rouyn-Noranda, Senneterre et Chibougamau;
  • Logé et nourri au site minier;
  • Taux et demi le dimanche et après 40 heures de travail par semaine;
  • Régime d'assurances collectives et régime de retraite simplifiée.

Compétences recherchées:

  • Détenir un DEP en mécanique industrielle de construction et d'entretien, un DEC en technique en maintenance industrielle ou une expérience jugé pertinente et équivalente;
  • Détenir les modules miniers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 et 7, obligatoire;
  • Détenir un permis d’explosifs valide;
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide, classe 5.
  • Aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes et le diagnostic;
  • Sens des priorités et de l'urgence;
  • Posséder un bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification et de la gestion des priorités;
  • Savoir bien communiquer ses idées;
  • Être capable de travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.
