Overview
We are looking for an Art Director who brings both conceptual "big idea" thinking and hands-on production design excellence. This role requires a strategic creative who can lead ideas from concept through execution across a wide range of digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing breakthrough creative platforms and producing many high-quality digital assets. They have strong proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and new creative technologies.
Responsibilities
Key Areas of Expertise
  • Developing strategic, best-in-class omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Translating business challenges into compelling creative concepts and scalable systems
  • Designing best-in-class websites and digital experiences with a strong understanding of
    UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web design standards
  • Balancing high-level concepting with diligent production development
  • Working effectively within a dynamic, client-focused organization
  • Managing multiple, high-volume digital deliverables and campaigns
  • Client-facing: Presenting creative concepts, articulating thinking, and building confidence in ideas
  • Leading and mentoring junior creative team members

Essential Job Functions
  • Creative & concept development
  • Develop data-driven, on-strategy creative concepts grounded in strong storytelling and build thinking
  • Partner with Copywriters and Creative Directors to build integrated campaign ideas and systems
  • Translate big ideas into scalable executions across channels

Design & Production Excellence
  • Design and execute digital media including websites, microsites, display, email, social, and mobile experiences
  • Demonstrate expert-level production design skills, ensuring precision, consistency, and brand integrity across assets
  • Work within design systems, pattern libraries, and component-based frameworks
  • Prepare assets from client presentation through development handoff

Collaboration & Execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and complete projects efficiently
  • Partner with Account teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives
  • Work with onshore and offshore teams
  • Maintain strong file organization and naming conventions

Qualifications
Tools & Technology
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and platforms

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong sense of aesthetic, typography, and information design
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and user experience

Required Experience
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in digital design or art direction
  • Experience in a creative agency or professional services environment preferred

  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating conceptual and production work

Compensation Range: USD $67,800.00 - USD $126,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
