Description
As a Product Manager on our team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating closely with a passionate cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, marketing, and public relations to drive both the development and launch of our shared mission. You'll be instrumental in shaping product strategy, defining positioning, and bringing exciting new features to market, and your vision will directly impact millions of users. We embrace continuous iteration and improvement, so you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and sharpen your skills across the full product lifecycle as we build the future of Find My.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience in product marketing and/or product management roles, including at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch.
Hands-on experience formulating product messaging and creating outbound marketing for both technical and consumer audiences.
Proven ability to partner with engineering and design to define product strategy and roadmap, and with marketing and public relations to craft positioning, and define key marketing activities.
Ability to drive communication with key stakeholders, the media, and public, as demonstrated by exceptional presentation skills: developing keynote addresses in an area of deep subject matter expertise, synthesizing information, applying critical thinking, crafting a compelling product story, and maintaining composure under pressure.
Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product trade-offs.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to track many moving parts at once.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.
Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects with rapidly changing information.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing.
Experience or strong interest in products involving user privacy, security, or location-based technologies.
A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
Well-versed in formulating product messaging including creating and delivering outbound marketing.
Passion for product quality, user experience design, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's and/or master's degree, or MBA preferred.
