Job description

Electronics Assembler

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations, helping to build high-quality components and systems used across multiple industries. This is a 3– 6 month temporary role with the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and build subunits such as power supplies, cable harnesses, PC boards, and electronic systems.
  • Perform soldering and de-soldering of through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.
  • Install and remove components such as resistors, transistors, capacitors, and inductors using soldering iron or hot air tools.
  • Follow production drawings, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions to complete assemblies accurately.
  • Mount components and connect wiring using manual tools, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct visual inspections, perform go/no-go testing, and ensure all products meet quality standards.
  • Rework or repair defective units as needed.
  • Follow safety and cleanliness procedures when handling flammable or hazardous materials.
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and reports throughout the production process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some vocational or technical training preferred.
  • 0– 2 years of assembly experience (electronics or electro-mechanical preferred).
  • Ability to read schematics, follow work instructions, and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and hand tools.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
