Job description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, job seekers, and visitors. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations, recruiting activities, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
  • Process applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Perform data entry and update client and employee information in company systems.
  • Assist recruiting staff with onboarding, screening, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office organization.
  • Support payroll processing and other branch administrative functions as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and office environment remain professional and welcoming.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office coordination experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
