  • Pay Rate: $75/hr
  • Contract Length: 14 months, with possibility for extension
Responsabilités (Français)
  • Vous dirigerez, gérerez, motiverez et développerez une équipe dédiée.
  • Vous assurerez un contrôle transparent et complet de la performance financière de l'usine et superviserez tous les aspects commerciaux, identifierez les risques et les opportunités, et mettez en œuvre des mesures pour optimiser les résultats.
  • Vous préparerez des rapports périodiques d'analyse des écarts, incluant leur interprétation et le suivi des actions correctives pour garantir l'alignement des performances.
  • Vous piloterez la planification commerciale et le processus budgétaire annuel, avec la pleine responsabilité des prévisions financières et du reporting des résultats.
  • Vous superviserez les évaluations des actifs et passifs ainsi que les mesures de gestion des stocks afin de garantir l'intégrité financière et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Vous gérerez le plan d'investissement, réaliserez des analyses comparatives entre le réalisé et le planifié et assurerez le suivi de l'exécution et de l'impact des mesures convenues.

Responsibilities (English)
  • You will lead, manage, motivate and develop a dedicated team.
  • Ensures transparent and complete financial performance controlling of the factory and overseeing all commercial topics, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize business results.
  • Prepares periodic gap and deviation analysis reports, including interpretation and follow-through on corrective actions to ensure performance alignment.
  • Leads the business planning and annual budgeting process, with full ownership of financial forecasting and reporting of business results.
  • Oversees asset and liability assessments as well as inventory management measures to support financial integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Manages the investment plan, performing Actual vs. Plan analyses and ensuring execution and impact tracking of agreed measures.
  • Ensures commercial correctness in offers, bids, and contracts, supports project execution and negotiations with customers, and contributes to building a strong finance team through hiring and development.
Qualifications (Français)
  • Baccalauréat en finance (CPA de préférence) avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de production/fabrication ou similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie ou du transport/distribution.
  • Expérience réussie en planification stratégique et en gestion d'équipe. Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • Expérience confirmée en négociation de contrats, appuyée par d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la présentation.
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe, avec une expérience avérée en optimisation des processus, des performances financières et du développement de produits.
  • Excellent esprit d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail, avec une approche pratique du travail en équipe pour obtenir des informations clés.
  • Maîtrise de SAP et de la suite MS Office, combinée à une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral), et une attitude proactive et affirmée, avec une volonté de transmettre ses connaissances.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (CPA preferred) with 8+ years of experience in a product/manufacturing or similar environment, ideally within the energy or Transmission/Distribution sector.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations supported by strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of optimizing processes, financial performance, and product development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset, with a hands‑on approach to working with teams to obtain key information.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, combined with fluency in French and English (written and spoken), and a proactive, assertive attitude with a willingness to transfer knowledge.
