Job description

Lead Innovative Care. Drive Meds-to-Beds Excellence. Enjoy a Consistently Daylight Schedule.

Are you a passionate pharmacist who thrives on leading workflows, collaborating with healthcare leaders, and improving the patient experience? Do you have retail pharmacy experience and want to apply those skills in a rewarding hospital-based environment-without evening shifts, overnight coverage, or rotating schedules?

Magee Outpatient Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Pharmacist to join our exceptional team at Magee-Women's Hospital of UPMC in Oakland.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys optimizing operations, coaching teams, and partnering with hospital leaders to expand and enhance Meds-to-Beds delivery services, ensuring patients receive the medications they need before leaving the hospital.

Why You'll Love This Role

DAYLIGHT HOURS - Every Day!

If you're looking for a leadership position that supports work-life balance, this is it!

For pharmacists coming from traditional retail settings, this position offers the chance to continue utilizing your patient care, workflow management, and operational leadership skills in a hospital-affiliated environment-with a schedule that is often difficult to find in pharmacy leadership roles.
