Job description

Pay: $45.00

Employment Type: PRN

Shifts: 12-hour shifts - 6p-6a and 6a-6p as needed
Location: 670 Marion-Williamsport Road, Marion, OH 43302

MTC is proud to operate the North Central Correctional Complex where our staff are dedicated to improving lives and helping to reduce recidivism through education, healthcare, and other services. We are looking for Registered Nurse PRN to join our clinical team.  
Chronic care to Emergencies and everything, in-between - you'll gain valuable experience you wouldn't normally find in one clinical setting. No paperwork hassles! When your shift ends, you don't have to stay to complete paperwork. 
A few of your primary duties include: 

  • Attend sick call which is held daily.
  • Administer and record medications.
  • Urgent care cases as needed.
  • Confer with physician to refer inmates to the emergency room as required.

Education & Experience Requirements: 
Degree in nursing and a current, valid nursing license for the state of Ohio

Must possess current CPR certification

Must work within Ohio State Broad of Nursing Scope of Practice.
