Job description

Job Description Full-Time Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job in Daphne, Alabama Job-8961 **Must have prior dermatology NP/PA experience. Some dermatology APPs are looking for a job. Others are looking for a seat at the table.

If you've ever wanted the opportunity to help build a dermatology practice rather than simply inherit someone else's systems, this position deserves a closer look. An experienced fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon is launching an independent dermatology practice on Alabama's Eastern Shore and is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the practice during its exciting growth phase. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the physician owner, help shape the patient experience and establish yourself as a key member of a growing practice from day one.

With significant unmet demand for dermatology services in the area, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving patient base quickly while enjoying the autonomy and collaboration often difficult to find in larger organizations. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Practice alongside a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon in a physician-led, independent practice Primarily medical / general dermatology Cosmetic dermatology available based on provider interest and experience Strong patient demand with the ability to build a full schedule quickly Collaborative environment with direct access to the physician owner Dedicated clinical support staff Opportunity to help shape workflows, processes and practice culture as the organization grows Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive guaranteed base salary Percentage of collections incentive structure Compensation package tailored to experience Health insurance benefits or healthcare stipend available Additional benefits package details available during the interview process Why Consider the Daphne Area. Located along Alabama's scenic Eastern Shore, Daphne offers a unique blend of coastal living, affordability and convenience.

Enjoy easy access to Mobile Bay, boating, fishing, waterfront dining and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches while benefiting from a lower cost of living than many coastal markets throughout the Southeast. The area continues to experience strong growth, creating an exceptional environment for both professional and personal success.
