Entry Level Sales Associate/ Sales Representative

• $21.78/hour • Temp-to-Hire


About This Opportunity

Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Entry Level Sales Associate to join their growing team in Omaha. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working independently, and developing new business opportunities within the construction and equipment industry.

The Sales Associate will manage existing customer accounts while also prospecting for new business throughout the Omaha metro area. Responsibilities include conducting customer visits, preparing bids and proposals, measuring spaces for shelving and storage installations, and maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the sales process.

This is a hands-on outside sales role that requires travel to customer job sites using a personal vehicle. Candidates with prior sales experience and a construction or industrial background are strongly preferred.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $21.78/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00PM (Occasional Weekends)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
