As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Hazard Awareness in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
