Key Responsibilities
  • On-call duty for one week each month, from Monday 7 AM to the following Monday 7 AM (24-hour coverage)
  • Average daily caseload includes 3 patients, 3 admissions, 3 ICU patients, and 3 surgeries
  • Hospital-based call coverage; no practice-related calls
  • Caseload distribution: 90% surgical, 10% non-surgical
  • Perform general ENT procedures such as endoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, and thyroidectomy
  • Facial surgery and facial implants are required
  • 10% of caseload involves trauma cases
  • Majority of patients are adults (90%)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $175.00 to $250.00
