Position: Finance Manager The Finance Manager is a new leadership role responsible for the overall financial management of the City of Martensville. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the City's major revenue functions and financial reporting, including property assessment & taxation, utility administration, payroll, accounts payables & receivables, and administrative support. The role involves close collaboration with the Director of Corporate Services to lead the City in delivering exceptional financial support for the City and the operating departments while ensuring the security, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Corporate Services' operations. What You Bring:Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting leadership role.Prior experience in annual audits and the preparation of financial statements.Proven experience leading a team of finance and accounting support staff.Knowledge of public sector accounting and/or municipal experience will also be considered an asset.Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA).
