Senior Financial Operations Analyst, B2B Finance Operations As a Senior Financial Operations Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring our B2B partner commission payment operations run smoothly, accurately, and at scale. You will work across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex payment issues, improve operational processes, and strengthen financial controls in a fastโ€moving global business. Responsibilities Manage and optimize dayโ€toโ€day B2B finance operations activities related to partner payments and transaction processing. Investigate and resolve complex payment, reconciliation, and settlement issues across systems, teams, and external partners. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, control gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Partner Operations, Product, Technology, and commercial teams to improve processes and reduce friction in the partner payment experience. Support escalations, reporting, and operational controls to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial transactions. Contribute to process documentation, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scale, quality, and partner experience. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in finance operations, payments operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, partner finance, or a related finance or operations environment. Experience with highโ€volume transactional processes, reconciliations, exception management, and issue resolution. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend practical solutions. Clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, including managing escalations. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastโ€paced environment. Experience improving operational processes, strengthening controls, and helping teams work more efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B partner payment operations in a travel, marketplace, eโ€commerce, or global payments environment. Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or large transactional datasets. Comfort working across global teams and navigating ambiguity while maintaining strong judgment and accountability. Experience participating in crossโ€functional projects involving operational change, systems enhancement, or automation. Benefits and Compensation Salary Range (Springfield): $66,000.00 โ€“ $92,500.00, with potential to increase up to $105,500.00 based on performance.
